We deliver nationwide and use Royal Mail on the majority of our orders within the UK (excluding Channel Islands). Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the items that are purchased. We also use courier services.

Standard rate starts from £4.50
Free Delivery for orders over £60 (UK only)
Orders are processed after one working day of being received in case of cancellations within the 24 hour period
Orders are not processed over the weekend unless requested and agreed with Dalby Home or bank holidays

Do we deliver outside of the UK? The answer is YES. Prices are based on weight variations and we have tried to keep them as low as possible.
Shipping
We mainly use Royal Mail. We also use couriers such as Parcel Force/TNT/DHL/UPS/Evri (formally Hermes).
Current destinations include: Ireland, Norway, USA, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Italy, Netherlands, Spain (mainland), Greece, Portugal.
More destinations are being added.
Please note - Some destinations we are only able to deliver up to 4 kg.
BREXIT Information (upon placing order)
If you are ordering outside of the UK, you may now be required to pay any customs charges or taxes. We are not responsible for any of these charges that may occur.
If you are unsure if you will have to pay any customs taxes or duty charges we would recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If you refuse to pay these charges you will not be refunded the shipping cost when we receive the parcel back to us. You will be responsible for the return of this parcel.
Please ensure you are happy with this before placing an order outside of mainland UK.

Local Delivery (within 3 miles) FREE for all orders £20 and over. We will deliver to you free of charge if you live within 3 miles of Nottingham NG8. However, if you add this option and are not local, or within these areas you will be invoiced separately for an additional £3.
Deliveries will generally take place in the evenings and agreed weekends.
Areas covered: Aspley, Beechwood, Strelley, Bestwood Village, Watnall, Kimberley, Wollaton, Hyson Green, Old Basford, Sherwood, Bulwell, Nuthall.
Local Pickup (collection). Orders are usually ready within 1-2 days. We will send you an email stating 'ready for collection'. Should there be any delays, we will advise.
Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

I gladly accept returns. All items must be in resell-able condition.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Damaged
Returns
If you want to return your item(s) as you no longer want them:-
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery
- Send items back within 5 days of delivery
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Once checked, a refund for the return item will be issued. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- If multiple items are purchased, only returns will be refunded. Original postage will not be refunded.
Damaged/Broken
- Damages must be reported with 48 hours of delivery.
- Any refunds will require photographic evidence if damaged or by other enquiries (wrong item sent) etc. Without photos, we cannot issue refund. A minimum of 2 photos will be required. Photo's must be sent within 7 days of delivery/enquiry.
- Damaged items will be refunded in full (only those that are broken/beyond use). We cannot issue a replacement.
- Part refunds are offered if product can still be used (only slight damage). This will be down to our discretion.
