Refund policy

I gladly accept returns.  All items must be in resell-able condition.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.  Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Damaged
Returns

If you want to return your item(s) as you no longer want them:-

Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Once notified, you have an additional 14 days from date to return.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 
Once checked, a refund for the returned item will be issued within 14 days.   If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If multiple items are purchased, only returns will be refunded.  Original postage will not be refunded.


Damaged/Broken (Refund)

Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. To help us process your claim with our couriers, we kindly ask that you report any transit damage within 48 hours.
To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please share a minimum of two photos of the damage within 7 days of initial contact.
Because our inventory moves quickly, we do not issue direct replacements for damaged items. Instead, once the damage is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you still require the item, you are welcome to place a new order on our website at your convenience.

Sale/Clearance items
Sale items are non-returnable / non-refundable
